We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
1.2 Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving your returned item(s).
2.2 If you return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full standard postage cost once your return is processed.

3. Unwanted Goods

3.1 For unopened and unwanted goods, you will receive a refund minus the original postage costs.
3.2 Return postage for unwanted items is at your expense.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@leonetmoi.com.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4.3 Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label and the steps to schedule a pick up or the nearest drop off point.

5. Exchanges

5.1 If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@leonetmoi.com to request an exchange.
5.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

6. Final Sale Items

6.1 Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

7. Confirmation Emails

You will receive an email confirming both the receipt and refund of your returned parcel.

Our garments are uniquely handmade, making each piece a one-of-a-kind creation. As a result, minor details may vary from the website images or from other identical pieces you may have ordered previously. Occasionally, you may notice small imperfections, such as tiny threads coming out of the garment. This is a natural characteristic of handcrafted items and adds to their unique beauty. These threads can be gently trimmed if desired, without affecting the quality or durability of the piece. Please note that these characteristics do not count as defects or damaged items.
